Ask about thisThe ferry from Tarifa to Tangier Ville takes about an hour and arrives at the foot of the medina. Bring your passport; the border check happens on board or at the port.
Strong wind in the Strait sometimes cancels Tarifa sailings. When that happens, we move you to the Algeciras and Tanger Med route, which usually keeps running, and adjust the plan.
Spain and Morocco are often on different clock times. Your written plan gives every time in both.
