About ATLAWAY Morocco

A local way into Morocco.

Journeys designed with first-hand knowledge, thoughtful pacing and the belief that people remember how a place made them feel.

Independent and locally led

Born from guiding, built for deeper travel.

ATLAWAY Morocco is an independent travel studio led by licensed Moroccan guide Youness Ahallal. Born in Marrakech, shaped by years in Tangier and based in Tetouan, Youness brings together national knowledge and a close understanding of Northern Morocco.

The idea is simple: a good journey should not feel like a list of monuments. It should reveal the relationships between landscape, history, food and everyday life, while giving travelers the confidence of clear local coordination.

“I want travelers to feel welcomed into Morocco, not simply moved through it.”

Our signature region

Why Northern Morocco?

The North brings several Moroccos together: Mediterranean and Atlantic shores, Andalusian medinas, Rif and Jbala villages, port-city histories and living craft traditions.

It is especially powerful for travelers arriving from Spain, but it deserves more than a quick crossing. ATLAWAY gives the region the attention, depth and pacing it rarely receives.
